– Uquifa’s Christmas Greetings by our children: A creative project where our employees’ children design our Christmas card for the year, spreading joy and goodwill across the world. All of our little designers receive a present to develop their art skill.
– Volunteer with several Non-Governmental Organizations: A meaningful way to give back to our communities and help those in need, especially during these challenging times. People from UQUIFA Group colaborate with the Red Cross Organization, and we are open to collaborate with other NGOs suggested by our people.
– Synergy between sites: We are proud of the close cooperation and exchange of knowledge and best practices among our different sites. UQUIFA people are encouraged to spend some time in any of our sites, we believe that a read-across knowledge is important for a professional development and our multicultural environment.

Our work-life balance policy covers the following areas:
– Flexible working arrangements: We offer a range of flexible working arrangements, such as part-time, compressed hours, working from home, and flexitime, so they can choose the option that works best for them, while ensuring they meet their goals and deliver quality results. These arrangements are subject to operational requirements and manager approval. Employees who wish to request a flexible working arrangement should discuss it with their manager and submit a written proposal.
