Applicable law and jurisdiction

This website is governed by Spanish law.

UQUIFA and the user expressly waive their own jurisdiction and submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the City of Barcelona (Spain), except in those cases in which the Courts and Tribunals of the user’s domicile shall apply by virtue of legal imperative under the rules of private international law.
