• To manage the CV/résumé sent by the data subject using the form provided for this purpose, and include it in the database of company candidates. These data will be kept for a maximum of one year, after which time the data will be blocked for the time established by law, with a guarantee that confidentiality will be fully respected both in their processing and subsequent destruction.
  The legitimate basis for managing and processing the data subject’s  CV/résumé is his/her consent; this is given by carrying out the affirmative action of sending it and checking the box for acceptance of our privacy policy prior to it being sent. The user has the right to revoke his/her consent at any time, without this affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given prior to it being withdrawn.
• To draw up profiles. We collect analytical data on the purchases made by the user and his/her interests and preferences. This allows us to offer him/her the products and services that might be of interest. We will keep these data for as long as the user does not revoke his/her consent to them being processed, for the time established by law and for a minimum duration of 3 years.
  The legitimate basis for drawing up profiles is the user’s consent, granted by checking the corresponding box. The user has the right to revoke his/her consent at any time, without this affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given prior to it being withdrawn.
• To attend to the application or request made by the user through the different forms on the website. We collect and process the user’s personal data in order to process and manage their application, query or any request made through the form. We will keep this data for the time necessary to comply with your request and for the time established by law, with a minimum duration of 3 years.
  The basis of legitimacy of the data processing will be the consent given by the user by selecting the acceptance box of our privacy policy before sending the request. Transfer or disclosure of personal data and international transfers

Our servers are located in the European Union, and in general, we contract service providers located within the European Economic Area or in the European Union. also within the European Economic Area or in countries that have been declared to have an adequate level of protection.

If we need to use external service providers that require the transmission of personal data outside the European Union or in countries that have not been declared with an adequate level of protection, we will ensure that we guarantee the security and lawfulness of the processing of your data by means of adequacy decisions, standard clauses, binding corporate rules, exemptions or any other instrument approved by the supervisory authority that provides adequate guarantees for the implementation of the international transfer of data.

Updating data

It is important that in order for us to keep the personal data updated, the user informs us whenever there has been any change in them, otherwise, we are not responsible for the veracity of the same.

The user guarantees that the personal data provided are truthful, guaranteeing that all the information provided corresponds to the real situation, that it is up to date and accurate, and is obliged to notify us of any changes.

Processing of data of minors

Anyone who provides data through the forms on this website and consents to its processing declares that they are over 14 years of age, and access to and use of the portal by minors under this age is prohibited. If at any time the Data Controller discovers that a minor under the age of 14 has provided personal data, we will proceed to cancel it.
