Sant Jordi under the slogan “The best thing about a gift is to collaborate” has arrived at Uquifa.

UQUIFA signed up to the European Diversity Pact last December and is therefore developing a series of initiatives to promote greater social awareness and create a more inclusive world.

This year, UQUIFA has collaborated with the Fundació Finestrelles to replace the traditional Sant Jordi rose with one made in its occupational workshops by people with more than 65% functional diversity who cannot access employment in the ordinary labour market.

We would like to highlight the beautiful work of the Fundació Finestrelles in promoting the defence of the rights and dignity of people with intellectual disabilities through education, training, labour promotion, employment, sports and social integration, as well as raising awareness in society and public administrations.
